We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. So we do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order, delivered on time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days from delivery under the following guidelines.

Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. There is a 30% re-stocking fee on all returned items and shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns require a return authorization from us (RMA#). Before you return an item please contact us. Special order items are not returnable. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items used in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Note: Custom products cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or replacement, unless defective.

Defective or damaged Custom Items:

To receive store credit or a replacement, please reach out to us at and send us some pictures of the affected item(s) so we can assist accordingly.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify or cancel the order if possible.

As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order to avoid a re-stocking fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Affordable Custom Apparel due to the cancellation of your order.

If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not been packed or dispatched we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
